Default military camps

I thought that instead of the "rally point" (unrealistic) could replace the "military camps" in which would be worth the following rules:

- Once created you can not rerspawn before a certain time (to consider the time required for its creation) I thought 5 minutes, or headlights that should somehow be constructed
- If you can create a new team unless it is "caught up" in some way the camp was built earlier, or a box for supplies to have available again the materials for the construction of camps
- Limit the number of respawns in time, exceeded that limit the camp to be overrun, thinking how the fact that it is "cleared" by the supply of men arising from the firebase / main base, I think to a maximum of 12 resurrections every half hour
- Not to be overrun in the case of presence of nearby enemies
- For the rest we'll use the same rules of the rally point

What do you think?

My grandfather used to say: you were born in Italy and you will die in Italy

Don't agree with this suggestion personally. Before a section/squad (what ever you want to call it) attacks a position, the IC will place rally point(s) as fall back positions if needed, this is what the ingame rally point is simulating.

"military camp" is a bit redundant, because after all this game depicts military, so its kind of implied. No one would be fooled to think its summer camp.
