Was there a Dev wink on Enfield stopping power yet?

Some devs gave their wink, but nothing concrete. [R-DEV]Jaymz said that interceptor plate effectiveness dependant on dozens of factors and he is 100% right, that's why when some says interceptor plates can stop .303 bullets, I say no, it could more or less stop 5.56x45mm NATO...
[R-DEV]Eddie Baker just answered about the fact the Enfield is not firing a .303/7.7x56R. ingame but a very similar ammunition which is not significantly different.

The point is: .303 is more powerful than 5.56x45, but ingame you can't see that. I just tried it again yesterday and really think it should be more powerful.

Well if the Enfied was made into a 1 shot kill weapon, it would be too powerful as a medic weapon. But in the current state it is as effective as the knife at medium range. I mean the medic shouldn't be getting the most kills, but he still needs to have the means to defend himself.

I usually play medic on Korengal and if an American is 30m in front of you, facing the other way while shooting at your teammates, it isn't even worth it to take the shot IMO. He will just twitch, then turn around and put a 3-round burst into you.

Why not give the medic the sks?

I like it. And I like playing medic for the medic role, not the killing.

In midrange it's a great weapon.
