basicly yes, but some bots will just be walking around main doing nothing and probs with no actual body so they are a bit like ghosts( to stop poeple crashing/walking into them) and thinking wtf?

No....
There's a BIG BIG difference in-between bots and what I want. Bots "think" these "Static Soldiers" don't, they do a couple of animations but are basically just another Dynamic form of terrain, like grass or the destructible buildings. |

I don't know why they are necessary, but I do like the idea of having deployable, non-player controlled mortars that can be setup and guided by the players. I don't know that it's necessary to have "static soldiers" to man them, but it could add to the atmosphere.
