The Talibans already get their asses raped already in this map, an apache is an overkill.
And plus if you put an apache in the map every insurget nwill take an rpg and camp right outside the base and take out the apache as soon as the engine starts.

That would be the tradeoff for having more firepower, IMO. The Marines can have their attack helicopter, but they have to protect it if they want to use it.
