so my idea was to make a vehicle "pre-order" system, i dont know in which form you could add this, but just that a player orders for example the next spawning apache. it would spawn he would get a message or smething and if he isnt in it after 30 secs or some time it would be open for the one who ordered it after him (or for everyone).
I could imagine to make a helipad a dead-zone for everybody who stands outside of it if two people already are standing on it, you know what i mean?
so that the helipad, or hangar would "lock" when somebody is going to wait for the vehicle.
it could be abused, but i think its a good idea.

thats just a replace of "who gets in 1st" with "who pre-orders it 1st" in the end you get same problem as now

Limit the number of pilot kits to the number of aircraft

if a person TKs for an aircraft it's obvious that person gets kicked before the jet/whatever can take off.

but he still can drop bombs from it, although you can make pilots kit like other limited, so if TK tries to pick it up he dies

no, as it is now, you spawn in main, see something sapwn, then steal it. but with that pre-order you have to know if you really want and can fly an aircraft in 5 minutes or so. the spontaneous vehicle stealer wouldnt be there anymore

What exactly stops any Tom, Dick or Harry from preordering a Vehicle? Your system would just result in people hitting the pre-order button as soon as they hit the server then going "oh, hey, I get to fly the F16" a few minutes later when they get it.
