As far as i know pickup kit cannot change how you look without your west?

It would not work as a spawnable kit because the spawn kits like medic and AR are squad based kits not team based kits. This is a team based asset with a limit of 1/2 per team so would have to be picked up in the same way as other team based kits like H-AT or sniper.

Otherwise you'd have 1 guy spawning as this informant, everyone else on the team would have the option on their spawn screen but would not be able to use it. /pointless.

As for the idea itself I do think it is interesting and a new slant on it but really I just can't see that it would be useful. Where I said that he would not have access to caches, what I meant was that he cannot see where the caches are like the insurgent civilians can. With this in mind that means that this 1 guy must roam around the map looking for them like any other mug on BLUFOR, and as he can't fight I see that as a waste of a man who could help fight the enemy.

i like the idea..
all he has to do is roam where there are many ins.. and hid, circle arround, look for them spawning.

this is a class i would gladly play.

Yes, that's why he is suggesting that it be a limited spawn kit.

I could see it like being Commander where you apply, but then some random moron could get it and then just do nothing so the team would lose that assest. It would have to have mods watching to make sure its being used properly but a decent idea.

So a civi getting in to an American car or not appearing on the minimap wouldn't give away that they were on the American team? There would be no way to have him be successful. This would be the equivalent of sending a pilot to find a cache. The enemy will immediately find out and shoot him on sight.

I said he can be passenger i never said he can drive. And the key is when your the informat not to get an insertion to right to where all the other insurgents are it is to get an insertian to where your out of sight and then just walk in to the bunch of insertions.

The other thing about this is that makes it great is that while he is a civi the americans would be more carful about shooting the civi because 1 of the civis might be the informat.

this kit will be equipend, whicht all intens of a insurgency civilian, but also. a HAND GUN.

so long people around may able to interrogat he. saying messagens to seek if he is a spy or not.

anyway, this alot of programation,

since he will need to reply the messagens, but not read all of thein in HUD.
