Funny thing is, with the limited amount of ladders on maps of late adding the rope to at least one more class would be good. One armed kit should have the rope I would say.

this should be easy to implement (i think) because it is adding 1 item that is already in-game to another kit. i imagine not a lot of code is needed.

please, devs, all the community say yes to more insugent grapple hooks!

So long as there is a slot available for one, there should be a grapple in every insurgent kit. I agree 100% with the OP, one of the biggest problems in insurgency is a general lack of "proper urban" tactics. Insurgents should be everywhere, particulary on roofs and other tactical locations.

its normaly very hard to find a spot to watch an IED or any other ambush so that would be a great idea how ever then there no point in being civi's

Civilians can still be used as human shields, baits, medics and a way of distracting the enemy forces.

I completely agree with the OP. Although I would prefer to see the grapples being limited to ambushers and squad leaders. Limiting the grappling hook to the squad leaders is a way of forcing insurgents into working as a team, making gameplay more interesting and fun for everyone.

I support this idea.

We can't enter every building in PR (yet), and the insurgents, considering it is THEIR city and enviroment, should be able to enter buildings and take advantage of every wall, window, door and balcony that buildings in their city can give them.

The obvious replacement for this, like gaz said, is to give them the grappling hook.

Give them all grapples

It then adds the uncertainty of being attacked from anywhere and also gives the Insurgents a realistic advantage whilst not destroying the gameplay.

Agreed, but contrary to what people say, not for amushers: they are already heavy loaded with IEDs, nade traps, mines, also giving them grapples would result in 99% of insurgent team being ambushers. I'd give grapples only to those ones with AKs, ensuring that teamplay is needed also on ins side.
