Helicopters Death trap ?

Hi all, im sure we have all been in a helicopter in RP yeh? and im sure we have all crashed or mistaken the chopepr to be lower to the ground than it acutaly is while trying to get out of the chopper and there for fallen to your death or the chopper has crashed trying to get down close enough for you to get out.

lets face it the helis are alot harder to control and alot more sensative than bf2

i think we should have some sort of rope or zip line type thing to get out of the heli for example somthing like this

quite realisitc, quite cool and easy to get out of and maybe even get in? the pilot could have a button on his menu to drop these or somthing

your thoughts on this would be great

Please, for the love of God, search before you post. This is the most suggested suggestion ever and now it's just a joke when anyone even mentions it. It's just not possible.

wow calm down dude its only a suggestion i didnt know anybody else had posted it i thought it was a pretty good idea, whys it not possible? they have those grapels you cna climb up why not the same thing on a chopper?

Just to update - it's simply not possible to make an effective, useful version of 'fastroping' using the BF2 engine. Nothing that works better than simply landing, anyways...
