Default Pilots Flare

Hey I was just reading some suggestions of giving pilots back their weapons, And I really think they do need them so heres my idea.

What if the pilot had a flare, 1,2, or 3 flare rounds with 2 purposes.

1. you could left click and shoot it and it would auto say I need a pickup! and would put a little marker at your position on the map.

2. right click shoot it its pretty acurate and its a one hit kill(after it hits them a fire effect happens maybe ?)

I dont think flares whould do much damage to some one if they were wearing body armour a shot to the head would burn them mayby kill them (i have no idea TBH) The first idea would be cool if it was posible you will have to wait for a dev to come and say Yay or Nay

If you're talking about a flare pistol (like the kind seen most often in movies to blow up spilled fuel), that's been suggested before. I haven't heard of flare pistols being used outside of civilian aircraft or watercraft SAR/survival kits. US aviators have a reusable flare "pen-gun" (issued with red flares only) in their survival kit.

There is an identical pen flare signaling kit issued with several different colored flares, but you don't often hear or see mention of that. Single-use star cluster or parachute flares (you just whack them on the non-burning end) are often used, though.

So you could fire flares and napalm (?) with the flare gun?

As Eddie said, the most realistic option for any possibility for signal flare is that "pen-gun", and I doubt that you could kill anyone with it one shot, or two... or three.

you might blind them if you hit them in the eye

but ye, like eddie said, pretty unrealistic to have a "flare pistol" and even if we did have a flare pistol, it wouldn't be able to kill any one unless you fired it down someones throat and had them choke to death on the fumes etc but ye

a flare pen might be made in the future but not really necessary when you have signal smoke which dose the same thing apart from it dont go up into the sky.

Who cares what it is bring some kind of weapon to the pilot kit. Few days back was playing ramiel as the attk lilbird pilot, after a while into the round my chopper was critically damaged and I had to make and emergency landing in the desert just outside of the city, long story short while waiting for my supply truck some ins ran over the hill and chased me around before knifing me, it was pretty crappy. Too add insult to injury they camped it for like an hour so it would not respawn.

Even a knife would be enough to defend off at least 1 attacker, besides taking out pistols so people won't parajump is kinda lame that should be something the admins deal with I haven't even seen someone parajump since back in the day on the battle arena server but that was put to a stop quickly.
