Lightbulb Graplin modification

I wrote another post in the bugs forum and here it is the suggestion.

Causes too much issues.

A simple climb up the mountain would now take 3 or more grapplers, knowing what they are doing, to make sure that they can get up without 'losing' a grapple just because the hook didn't connect to an object, or the 'exit' point of the rope was in the static, making it so the exit point chucks you in the air 3 ft back, and you have to smash E and 'skydive' into the rope to get back on it.



In theory: awesome. In practice: not so much.
