problem with that is ppl do still use TeamSpeak / Ventrilo instead of the ingame VOIP.
what i think would be best if you are "killed" and not wonded then your whole screen should go black or somthing till you respawn. |

Nah, I think you should enter some sort of ghost world, where everything is greyish blue and where you can talk with other dead. When the respawn is ready you see this tunnel of light...
Or something. |

The spawn timer would tell people that they hadn't crashed.
