Radio Comms also heard when close??

Perhaps this is either technically impossible or something discussed and unwanted but...

...what about making it so that anything said when you use press to talk (PTT) or radio comms to your squad is also heard by anyone/everyone within 5-10 feet of you?

This is much like the game now when you use the COMM rose and are close enough to friend or foe. Comms this way could either give away your position if you were hiding or help you tell another player something without having to type it?

As I said though, maybe its not doable.
