The Bundeswehr

When I'm playing Project Reality, I am often troubled when I have to play as the MEC. The weapons are just boring, and the army doesn't have the depth to it like the US or UK does.

I am suggesting the Bundeswehr, Germany's Federal Defense Force.

Knife

Accuracy International AWM

Marksman:
H&K SL8 (not sure if the german military actually uses it, I can't think of another semi auto DMR than maybe a G36 with extended barrel and bipod.

While I'd like to see them as well, I know that it's not going to happen anytime soon.

Just a sidenote, did you try Operation Peacekeeper before? www.opkmod.com
It features the BW.

well, unless u can get a bunch of guys to come and help u create this army yourself (try Community Modding in the main forums), this isnt going to happen

but good information on the kit layouts

But G36's are l33t and I like them. I've suggested German Forces before now but in random threads... Leopard anyone?

ps before anyone says community mod, I do not have the time nor patience to even start to think about modding some of my own stuff.

There's a reason why the Blufor are britain and the US - they are the most active Western militaries in the world in terms of wars fought in recent history.
Israel should rightly be in the mod, possibly Canada (effectively the UN army).
But any other Western force should be a DIY job or no dice.

MAINERROR, what i think jonny is getting at is that seems a bit ironic. He has said the MEC weapons are boring. Not sure why he said that as the HK21(is this correct?) support weapon is by far my favourite to use. The AK with the GP30 is also a laugh

then he just suggests basically the same weapon just in different guises...
