I find that the majority of players on public servers who request sniper/marksman kits or play as spec ops do not have the good of the team in mind when playing but pursue their own selfish goals like getting a good kill/death ratio (of course they mostly fail) or surviving against the G3 in CQB in the case of the USMC spec ops M4.

Therefore, I forbid my squadmembers from taking any of those kits until they become absolutely necessary. Those who don't comply get the boot. By doing this I force people to make the greatest possible contribution to the squad and team by working closely with each other, healing, repairing and rearming their buddies.

Call me a crazy dictator kind of guy but it works most of the time.

And as you all know: I love it when a plan comes together

While this may apply to some who select these kits, it does not apply to the majority. These kits, when used as intended do alot for the team/squad. As in real life, there is a purpose for each of these roles. If it does not fall into the function of your particularsquad, then that is well and good, but to make a general statement like you've made above is well.....ignorant.
