I don't know exactly how it works so forgive me if my idea wouldn't work but: I think a big improvement would be to add a "dirt trail" to the bikes, like the tanks create when the tracks move, so that the "drifting" will look more like the bike is kind of "digging" against the ground?
Also an idea just for fun: Perhaps there's a way to make the bike kind of like a heli/jet system so you could in essence "wheelie" off of some hills at high speeds when you pull the mouse up or down? Is there a way to leave the left/right look as normal as well to allow for driving and looking around? |

I'm rendering my major gripe about dirtbikes... perhaps it's not the bike... it's the terrain.
Shaky Handlebars, unrealistic shock absorption, stability. |

what i hate about the dirtbike is that when you actually use it for its intended purpose in PR, it blows up, b/c of terrain damage. then you're either dead or stuck out in the middle of nowhere, and have to commit suicide and lose 8 pts.

Have you tried using the Huge Civilian truck tires... I noticed those have a TON of spring, but they aren't very stable... You could also try and use the HUMVEE drivetrain...
