I think that teamkiller already got enough of punishment.
Sometimes I even find myself hesitating to shoot, because I'm afraid it's friendly (it's so hard for me to tell a difference between USMC and MEC as weapons disappears way too close). I agree about the lower spawn-time for victim or at least no "dying bonus" applied. |

The only problem with loading the spawn time for the TKer is when you get some numpty driving over your mines or some other accidental tk.
