If you reload any rifle before firing the last round off, you just have to release the magazine and click another one in there.

You also get to put the old magazine in your webbing pouch to reuse later on!

This has already been raised on the Dev forums around a year ago. We ARE aware of it, however there is very little that we can do, due to a lack of animators.

If a few of the community could learn this important skill, I'm sure Rhino will show his thanks in his own spekial way

Firearms for Half-Life had such a system. In fact, you could merge your partially loaded magazines, too.

IDK, even though the cocking every reload isn't that realistic it is satisfying to the ears.

the original poster is on about dry and tactical reloads if im not mistaken, the only game ive played that did this well was rainbow six, i think the devs where even flash banged so they could put it in the game realisticly
