No worries.

It would be nice to have the Venom in PR. I don't know if your team and the PR team share content but I assume both being a part of BSS would bring such privileges.

There are content sharing arrangements amongst BSS mods, but overall its still at the discretion of the mod itself to set up an asset sharing infrastructure. For example, USI and PR have shared a lot of content over the years, but this more due to arrangements personally between the two mods than a base BSS sharing system (at least this is what I've been told ).

Cheers,
Nick

BSS is not only to share content but sharing knowledge and manpower

To be quiet honest it's rather dissapointing that the IS mod has chosen to introduce Chechen and Russian forces. Considering that IS is trying to find a different gameplay from PR, I would have hoped that they would have ventured into new areas content wise.

Well just because they are the same factions doesn't mean the gameplay isn't different..And the factions also won't look,or be equipped like they are in PR of course. Not including the Russians and Milita would be a dumb move, because they are already "there"..They just needed texture work, and kit modifications.Instead of doing hard work, like starting a faction from scratch completely,we just have to make what's not there. But the main reason they are in the mod is due to our theme,"Insurgent Strike"..We have the USMC,US ARMY,and UK against Insurgents on most of our maps, then we thought, why not add in the near equivalent of an Insurgent faction, which would be a milita faction. They have the Russians to combat, along with some western factions if we'd decide to do so.And they are Chechen because, that's what's realistic..Battle of Grozny, etc. etc...

I agree with Agent, they're one of very few (politically neutral) OPFOR and BLUFOR combinations out there. Just because we merely share a theater of war with PR it doesn't imply that game play is at all similar. I do understand what you are saying, but I can safely assure you that you will find the mod quite different from PR stylistically.
