maybe someone like it that way.
i like more "kind leading" and also that squadmembers can propose things.
accepting proposes is also good squadleader sign,IMO.

i have worked 3 years in factory with boss who is just idiot.
demanding,controlling,he`s no kind.
everybody just hate him.
but i got to say that things just dont work right now in the factory.
there are big problems maybe every week and everybody know why.
boss is idiot.

yeah,i like more kind-leading.when i join in a squad and i hear that squadleader is "good guy",sometimes maybe funny"cos its a game"...he can take suggestions,he can teach you...
well you know..."good guy"
i enjoy the game most and i have the good time.
but if leader reminds me my boss,i will gladly change the squad.
yeah...but they are opinions.

Talk about getting killed by Filamu if you stick that close together.

I like the way you run your squad, but I like games because they are fun. I'm not saying that running the game like you do is not fun, but part of the whole PR "joke" is, when you are in a car, you sing road trip songs. When you are fast, you start humming "Danger Zone". I also even bet a Drag Race while waiting for another squad to RTB. Yesterday I was in a squad in TG and we were all moving togheter. While everyone was repairing and stuff I started playing a song on my guitar for everyone to guess which one was it. The person that knows all the "top 10 songs of the last 5 years" guessed it right, it was Please Don't Stop the Music. I wasn't SL that round, however my SL knew what he was doing and still let us have "fun".

And I admit. I'm not the best SL out there (recently I have been doing very bad tbh). However I had quite some people that "wanted to make the same squad next round". And they don't do that because they can't talk. It's because they have fun. And that's what Project Reality (and all other games) are about.

And suggestions are what makes the things more fun. In Karbala everyone in this SF squad was chilling out and the SL (as we didn't have any known caches) asked "where do you guys want to go?". I suggest somewhere near the convoy. Result? We shoot techies and infantry. We also get VERY effective fire fom a compound with some big concrete things...

In-game name: #BillSL

Guys, when a new player comes, just answer his question and go on your merry way, instead of going berserk! It's THAT simple!

Dicipline FTW. It also increases the commander's tactical ability.

Perhaps you should name your squad "Do As Told!" so people have an idea what's awaiting them.

i agree 100% with OP including the 5 feet thing, tho i dont mean it literally (doubt he dose) i want my squad in view at ALL TIMES, you give people the slightest freedom to move and they are gone! id join his squad.

dont go over the top otherwise your squad will lose respect for you and will think you are a bit of a fool :P

I don't really like this style, once in a round at Muttrah i had a SL like this, and was yelling at everybody so loud that we couldn't even make up what he was trying to say. I was telling him to calm down but he didn't answer. Everybody that got killed was called names and stuff so I just left the squad because it was all so negative and the FUN part wasn't really there.

I like it when a SL knows when to fool around, and when to be serious.

Remember its a game, not the army so everybody is at the same level as you.
