since 50 cal rifles can penetrate its armour i belive it is.

You can even kill it with a 50cal:

YouTube - The Lav-25(US APC) sweet spot

(Yes, that's vBF2, but you can also kill the 'LAV-25' with a 50 cal in PR... I tried it on a local server)

Someone that know anything about that or have the right skills should make something like this (hit points for vehicles) for PR. I have for example big problem to kill CR2.

[R-MOD]Mongolian_dude: ...remember to show as much respect to the new players as the veteran players. Todays 'noob' is tomorrow's 'Vet'.

Reddish_Red: We're fine...

Random.. ehmmm... "player": Give me the chopper. No. I want to fly. No. But I want to, get out from it now or I TK you. ... ... ... No

10 Sabot rounds from BTR90 to LAV25's back door can destroy it even without being damaged.
Also, CR2 spots:

Don't bother shooting the barrels on the back side of it! hit the area in
green, so back of the turrent, top of the rear of the tank, or top of the
side of the tank will do the most damage (green) - yellow os heaviest
armour. Blue is medium.

I think the track should be the most devistating spot, because once you hit those you cannot escape the barrage of RPG fire that follows

realisticly shooting the track should and as far as i know is a major hit. in reality a tank throwing a track mid engagement is an absolutely devistating blow. the tank is dissabled and can not escape or manouver to a better position to wait for the repair crue. i dont know about now days but back in ww2 tank crues were trained on how to retrack their tank. the whole operation on a tiger 1 would take about 20 minutes with an expertly trained crue.
