Aiming, the nutiness!

Ok, this is more a plea for help.
WHen I use the rifles at range, everytime I try to center a target without strafing a bit, the crosshair, or the front post, always lands a bit to the left, the right, above it, or below it.
Now this happens to me with everything really. So I need some help with this.
My mouse is at the most sensitivity, and the sensitivity ingame is at the top. So what can I do?

It's meant to do that - it's a combination of 4 MOA and combat stress represented ingame by random deviation
solution - put more rounds down range until you hit something worth hitting

Well, seems im the only one getting the secret ultra nervous recruit kit, coz everyone else headshots me, without seeing more than a few pixels of my head.

you have to hold perfectly still for 1.33 seconds to achieve minimum deviation as well .blend - aim, pause, 1 ... 2 ... 3, fire, aim, pause, fire, aim, pause, fire.
rapid fire is likely the cause of your deaths - reaiming only has a slight penalty compared to getting up and running around.
get used to the M16 first I guess - it's the most user friendly weapon ingame and a beast now on single fire.

Nah, this is defintly a game limitation
Say the ^ in the 3 lines below is a player is a player
This is where the crosshair lands when you use just your mouse to aim +
-+-^-+---
-+-^-+---
-+-^-+---
It will just be to the left or right of the person, but never really center on the person. It'll just jump form one side of the person to teh other
(when I get a ss, I'll paint it up so its a bit easier to understand)

So what you are saying is that some small corrections are not possible because you are forced to make a minimum correction that is sometimes larger than that desired?
That sounds like a problem with your computer/mouse then mate - I've encountered this in other games, but not in BF2/PR.

i figured it out, I had it so high that a small movement would be a very large one. Just need to tweak the two settings to get it smooth as possible

they do need to fix the sniper rifles and marksman rifles for deviation. it essentually imposable to hit a target at any decent range now. i have tried this on a buddy standing still with waiting 5 secconds between shots and ajusting for distance and the hits arent even close. unless they are zeroed at a way diffrent range then stated on this forum (600M). i can still get kills with it but i have to be way closer then i should be (200M) at this distance they are dead on target and i very rarely miss.
