Killing Civilians: Tactical?

I'm just curious, does anyone find it necessary in some cases to kill a civi? For instance:

1.You see one somewhat far away and about to discover your RP or something else you're trying to hide.

2.One is spotting you and/or blowing you and/or your squad's cover

3.You're already wounded and one is throwing rocks at you.

4.You want those sexy red Nikes.

Are any of these good enough reasons?

I'd say that's good basis to shoot; provided the RP is in a VITAL location, and not just there for the sake of being closer to the combat.

That's kinda one of their primary roles, so this should be no ground to shoot him - Just move out of sight, and hunt the hunters.

The loss of 1 ticket from dying is preferable to the enemy gaining 10 tickets from you retaliating; of course, if he's in range to chuck stones at you, you're in range to knife him!

Absolutely.

The civilians encourage less tactical play among Brits. When you have civis spotting you all around, often the best thing to do is rush in like headless chickens and attempt to win with sheer infantry skill alone.

Maybe this is the intention of the all-mighty DVEs no-one knows.

Anyway, that's what I do if I'm being constantly spotted.

Pushed into the war zones."

Hence why the spotting system is being reworked. Civilians make the British think before they shoot for else they will pay the consequences for it. How is that not tactical?

1. No (move your rally )
2. No (that is their main purpose in the field, capture them or leave the area)
3. No (that is just a smacktard comment)
4. No (might be the only half logical reason )

They are all ridiculous.. there is never a good reason to waste your teams tickets simply to make 'your' life a little easier.

You know. I never got shot at in my time there but in reality if i was in a firefight and a civilian was treating the wounds of the insurgents, telling them where we were and throwing rocks at me, that bastard's getting a 5.56 through the skull.

And I guess you would be court marshaled and receive a dishonorable discharge?

The answer to all excuses is NO
There is NO excuse for working against your team and costing them tickets IMHO.

Can't wait for 0.7 and the spotting changes, Civies shouldn't be so much of a threat, And hopefully ppl won't be so tempted to shoot them.
