Just a suggestion, don't you think the AS Val and VSS Vintorez would be good for spec-ops and marksman respectively, especially since spec-ops is going to be limited in 0.7?

"VSS (Vinovka Snaiperskaja Spetsialnaya = Special Sniper Rifle) was designed for special operations. Designed at TSNIITochMash (Central Institute for Precision Machine Building) by team lead by Petr Serdjukov, the new rifle was intended to replace some AK-47/AKM rifles, fitted with silencers, in the hands of various Special Operations (SpetsNaz) troops of Soviet Army, KGB and MVD."

"The Special Forces, generally known as “Spetsnaz” (after the Russian term “Voiska Spetsialnogo Naznacheniya” – Special Purpose Troops), always played a key role in Soviet Military Doctrine. One of the aspects of every Special Forces is that they prefer to operate stealthily, with as little sound and flash as possible from their weapons. The first generation Spetsnaz weapons were no more than AK and AKM rifles, fitted with quick-detachable sound suppressors, and loaded with special subsonic ammunition with heavy bullets. Apparently, this was not enough, since in the mid-1980s the development of new, more effective silenced weapons was initiated."

"Both weapons are based on the same action and integrally silenced barrel. AS is widely used by Russian Army recon units, as well as by MVD (Internal Affairs Ministry) and FSB (Federal Security Bureau) Special Forces."

Flame me if you wish, just thought I'd throw some stuff in there for you :]

I have no problem with it but other may...
Spec Ops appears to have a silenced pistol, not main rifle... I dont think thatll unbalance things in any significant way...

unless Im mistaken...

I have a qeustion on the Russian Heavy AT.

Since the RPG-29 is unguided unlike the Sraw/Eryx how will you balance it out? Will the RPG-29 have a shorter arming/ reloading time?

I already answered that question in this thread.

I chose PKM over RPK becuase the PKM fits with the category much better, ie the MEC have the HK-21E... etc.

We will see what happens in .7 with the special ops class.

It will balance out by having more, as I already said. If by chance in real life the reload or arming time is shorter or longer, it will be changed to reflect that, that will not be affected by balancing.
