Re: Kits

There should be CREWABLE MORTARS with 2-man crews. Crewmember 1 spots a possible troop movement and crewmember 2 launches the mortars from one hill to another, for example, or between hill tops, hill sides, & valleys, etc. - or even over the same mountain from one side to the other. The first crew member spots the target with binoculars & inputs the coordinates/ adjustments by "entering" either the F1 or F2 position. The second crewmember "enters" the mortar & puts the mortar in the launch tube when the spotter tells him ready over VOIP.

There should be some kind of 1st-person/ 3rd-person animation where the crew-members duck & cover their ears as the mortar slides down the tube & launches. The mortar tubes should be totable/ carriable & deployed with the same key setting as with grappling hooks for other kits. It should basically be a separate kit, called "MORTAR KIT."

The commander can determine the exact grid-reference coordinates for the inputting crewmember/ spotter who can accept or reject with "page-up" or "page-down." OR the spotter can independently determine the landing spot with the binoculars (which can be difficult if it is over obstacles such as hill tops.) Each crewmember carries binoculars/ SOLFAM,
6 resuppliable mortars, and some sort of rifle/ assault rifle.

Waiting 30 minutes per huge mortar strike is ridiculous/ it is not real.
Mortars should be sporadic & unpredictable for the opposing team NOT necessarily a barrage in one place.

kinda vague statement; can mean many things or nothing at all;
but i will dream whether or not others do.

and, hey, we've got PR Mod, don't we?
that required a dream to start.
