Has the SV-98 been made or are we going to use the EA whatever-it-is that the Chinese and MEC use?

SV-98 looks pretty close to the L96 anyways. Besides, why should we pander to the snipers?

lashed AK-47M Iron on to the H-AT kit. It's the new standard in PR starting with the 0.75 patch that H-AT troops get an iron sight rifle with 2+1 mags.
