That sounds like the one done by the Red Army Choir, which has always been my favorite rendition.

Speaking of Red Army Choir, can we use their stuff or is it copyrighted? If so... I propose "Slavery and Suffering" by them as losing music. I don't have a link, sorry. Look it up

I don't know if national anthems or traditional songs are copyrighted. I always thought they weren't.

So I guess it's agreed on the Hymn of the Soviet Union as the win theme then, right?

Oh, and I just listened to this, it's unsuitable for both the video and the mod because it has the Hymn's 1977 lyrics that have Stalin's name and mention of the Flag of the Soviet, Flag of the People taken out. However, it still talks about Lenin, and is unsuitable for the mod.

that afghan film music is not also good i think.

i wonder if "varyag" song could suit for lose... at it symbolises a defeat and actually it was a crushing defeat.

The reason most hymns/national anthems aren't copyrighted is because they are very old, long enough to outlast the copyrights. So just check the date they were published to be safe, but for the most part you should be good to go.
