grach is good, but we stil use PM'S
in VDV school, first of all we were taught to use PM.Even officers have never used mr-443.

2 years ago...there are some problems with supplyin' of our great army.

Yes, this fits in with the Russian Military budget. From 2002-2006, most of the funding went to R&D. From 2007-2010, most of the funding will go to procurement. (according to IISS's "The Military Balance 2007")

In the time frame of PR, the military will have gone through the procurement phase and thus be equipped much better.
