The AK-74M, the main service rifle is currently in production (modeling stage)
That will be the main rifle. Spec ops will be AKS-74 Soon hopefully the forum will be set up - and we can discuss in more detail (rambo, are you interested in re-skinning the BTR + Vodnik?) |

Finally! At last! With Russians in, it seems that all major armed forces of the world are included.
Armed conflicts are rare and, although the majority of Russian soldiers are equipped with AK-74M, the best units (and the ones which actually do most of the fighting) can be reasonably expected to be armed with something better. Moreover, since the game is set in near future, how about equipping the PR Russians with AN-94 Abakan - the new service rifle? Or AK-103... Marksman rifle, I presume is either SVD or Vintorez (with 20 bullet clip) - WikiPedia lists the latter as widely used. What about a sniper rifle then? EDIT: and what about the scope? Are there AK-74M with scopes? It seems like another reason to include AN-94 in the game. |
