The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

3dsMax... Thanks for the reply...
I'm generally interested in learning how to create 3d models, however I have no experience or training... So, is there any decent freeware that I could get my feet wet with messing about trying to create something as half as decent as the OP's rifle? EDIT: OMG $3,400+ for 3dsMax, ouch, yeah I definitely would like to know about any "affordable" software for modeling... |

Yeh if you would really like it, you could buy it.. But then you really should do a lot with it, otherwise it's a waste of money..
I only use it sometimes.. my father thought he would need it, but it came out he didn't, so it was standing on a shelve gathering dust, till I tried it out.. I'm now doing some tutorials on it.. I want to create a mini, to implement it into battlefield 2, to drive around with, before I make any complicated tank models.. |
