Main transport vehicle in Polish Army is HONKER, so TUR shouldnt be replacemnt for regular HMMWV/Vodnik etc in PR.

Yest but PR is taking place in near future conflict and Tur will replace Honker soon... of course we will still have whole bunch of them but Polish Army will be sending mostly Turs abroad. Just like with Rosomak... we still have some BRDMs and BMPs but we're sending KTO Rosomak to Afganistan.
