I've read somewhere that there was some experimentation about using a Javelin in PR. I'm not sure if it was sucesful or it was impossible to replicate the launch of the missile so the missile could asume a top-attack flight.
I think it was also mentioned that the damn thing was indeed a tank killer and gaved US/UK forces an overwhelming superiority over MEC. Therefore it was removed.

Although I'm not sure either if this experimentation for the addition of the Javelin in Project Reality actually took place.

What is sure is that the Javelin in real life is a badass AT system. It had devastating effects on the Iraqui Army MBTs during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

But yeah... it would give too much combat superiority specially if there isn't a russian made counter-part that matches the efficiency of the Javelin (That I know... I could be wrong).

In the PRSP sub-forum, back around 0.5, some of us had Hellfire-IIs that lauched realistically too. Up into the sky and then diving at the target. Wasn't always accurate though, unless you engaged from a far distance.

Ive been downloading the updates from the first mini mod kinda thing, I really enjoy the whole mod and I was wondering when will the .8 update will acutally come out?? hopefully soon because the .75 is really fun and i cant wait to try out .8

Polish will surelly want to play as Polish soldiers.
Dutchs will surelly want to play as Dutch soldiers.
Russians will surelly want to play as Russian soldiers.
Canadians will surelly want to play as Canadian soldiers.
Australians will surelly want to play as Australian soldiers.
Israeli will surelly want to play as Israeli soldiers.
And they'll get the chance soon to do so.

The only ones that are not gonna get that chance is everyone else XD
