It's not suppose to carry troops, it's meant to carry equipment like Ammo, Weapons, food, water, supplys. In shorter words, its a supply truck and a very good one too. Though I have no doubt it could carry troops as well. Like any truck, it just requires a modification.

i know it carrys troops , i have been sitting in this version and this thing kicks ass , much better that le 2½ton and its very powerfull ! But its less funny when you have to get out the truck with your ruck sac and the gun lol this thing is huge and high...
