Re: Actual CF Members
well i jsut found out yesterday that i am going to teach at the leadership school... so i will be teaching officer cadets... and to tell you the truth, i jsut got my platoon and section, which i wont see cuz i am going on 4 weeks of leave lol... i will be back in my Pl at mid next course.
physically, if you can do the basic stuff, like 50 push-ups, 60+ sit-ups, 10 pull-ups, run 5KM then you really shouldn't have any problem.... hell ppl show up here with no physicall aptitude and they get it by the time they are done..... if you say you have maintained a routine for 6 months you shouldn't have a problem there.... what do you do in your routine... you can tell me here or send me a PM if you want to discuss this further cheers |

Re: Actual CF Members
My routine is mostly running with some pushups and sit ups beforehand.
I can pretty easily run 5km but I can't do that many sit ups or push ups. I think I will be okay though. I may be behind at first but I have no doubt that I will eventually be able to go far and beyond the standard. |
