It doesnt need new submarine to launch nuclear warhead -- russia can send 8 old submarines with old equipment and they will win all usa-canada with their super technology

United States can launch nuclear missiles too what's the point ? Nuclear mutual destruction is not the best idea we can get...no winner...just milions if not bilions of casulties.
