I remember hearing about this. Sounds like they are a little better trained and equipped, but, like US Marines, not quite special forces.

On a side note, should JTF2 be included in the CF as the Spec Ops guy?

I think there has been talk of PR scrapping the whole Spec Ops option from the kit menu. So I doubt there will be a Canadian version of the Spec Ops kit since the other forces will have theirs removed.

i want to see this happen. I marines in the US are teh best and the yare giving info t othe canadian marines so we have a strong bond.

No, they'll be limited for 0.7, the kit is just in 0.6 to weed out the noobs (since they always pick that kit)

It has been known for some time that this project has been put on hold until after the 2010 Winter Olympics. Infact it even has a blurb about that lower down. Shame really. Hopefully they actually resume it.
