IEDs, hahahaa

Have you ever been with someone, who likes to IED? Well I was with one today and man did I have alot of fun, we took a technical and rode off to the British base on basrah, putting our IEDs on the side of the road and waiting, ah, 1 rover, 2 rover, apc, rover, engineer rover, apc, it all kept coming until...until... the heli came! Yes, it was filled to its head with people, all shooting at us, I mangaged to get in the technical and shoot it, causing the pilot to get repairs, we knew it would be back, so i kept the technical and my buddy ran a bit far, the guy on the side of the heli was shooting and i shot back, killed 4 people aboard the heli all pressing F3 and coming to the side of the heli to try and kill me, in the end, a APC got away while all the fighing was being done and shot me from near the VCP, luckily, i spawned at village and my buddy got the technical and drove us back, then, a guy named "thareaper" joined our squad and spawned on us, stole our technical and was blowing our cover, the solution to this? I TK'd him, after that, we kicked him out of the squad and locked it, only for him to bring a bomb truck and TK us both, later, Squad 2 came to our position, and stole our technical, I don't know what was up with that server (Battlearena.com insurgency) but everyone was acting like kids, and the brits were acting like kids that couldnt learn, they kept driving over our IEDs, ah, then my buddy had to go and I suicide bombed their merlin.. good times.

I'm not going to trash that server because I've had some good times there and it is probably my most frequented server, but sometimes I feel like I'm playing in some VBF2 server thats called "Elite Noobz pwnerz!!@!" One game, in the first 5 minutes:
1.Guy creates "Merlin" squad before the round begins.
2.Guy who created said squad gets TKed
3.Diffrent Guy runs into the helicopter.
4.someone runs up and shoots pilot in the back of the head as he takes off (either because "me wants to fly!" or for revenge, either way, noob who wanted a parachute and was sitting taking up the door spot with his pistol quickly takes the stick)
5.Previously mentioned "noob" takes control, helicopter spins violently and crashes into hanger, killing 5 and wounding 1 (or I suppose injuring, because the first shot at an enemy had yet to been fired)
6.Flame war on chat with words like "dumb nub" and "I was the pilot!" insues.
7.An APC and car with 1 guy in each speed away as I chase after requesting for a ride like that fat kid who always used to miss the bus.
8.I leave and don't play PR for a day or two.

I also saw one round where a full helicopter was landed and then everyone TKed as they raced for the .50 cal, and then the person who picked it up got ran over by a car.

Yea I love that server but often it's completely devoid of teamwork and full of little kids acting like idiots. They need more admins on that server pretty badly...

It's fun when you're lucky enough to meet good people there.

However, it's true that mostly it's occupied by the worst of the scum you can meet on PR servers. Unfortunately...

Don't play Basrah too often. I do sometimes, but its on other servers, where everyone isn't retarded, but then again it sucks, as you constantly get sniped by riflemen, mowed by running Spec Ops, shot by sniper on hotel rooftop, IFVs... :/

K, i forgot to mention, we blew a rover up but didnt have time to set another pair of IEDs because a APC came right out after, ignored the fact that a rover just blew up and went on to the bridge, and stopped at the bridge, i said, BRB, and ran to the APC, but heres the funny part, when i was about 3m away from the APC, he went... onto the bridge, so i chased him again, but he didnt stay there for more then 2 seconds :P, and i ran back laughing my ass off

Meh, Battlearena attracts a lot of PR tournament guys, makes up for it. I've had some of my most awesome rounds in recent times on there.
