Peer Evaulation of Sniper useage

with all the realistic sniper usage discussion going on, I would like feedback of peoples opinion on a example.

I Joined TG for a round, All the squads where full, so I created my own to help the commander, ect. I hear over coms that the CO needs a Engineer to spawn in his truck as he drives up to mine top build a firebase to sustain a assault there. I build the FB and the AA that was also deployed to combat the LB drops in the area. I go up to the mien flag as per CO orders and Kill a sniper just north of the flag. I take the kit and hid in the north hill. both squads that where defending moved south off the flag so I decide to keep a eye on it. A lone wolf runs past the south fence so I spot him. He is moving to fast for me to kill him so I keep him spotted while a team mate arrives to finish him off. I kill a that same lone wolf one or twice more latter. 10 min since I found the kit, an APC LB and Squad come up the eastern side, I spot them and relay the info to the commander and plead for Reinforcements. I try to kill what looked like a officer, but The LB is doing recon and Spotted me, so I hightail it west. The LB starts to circle my position and would have strafed me many times (if it had guns) then a specops coming from the south kills me after a brief duel.

Realistic use or not?

I picked up a sniper kit from a dead guy on Daqing and since I was bored, I decided to keep it. I knew, that I'm useless in CQB so I ran somewhere far from there and found a nice spot. I spotted an enemy rally point, sniped a few people, then the friendlies came to to take it out but did not succeed and never attempted to go there again for some reason. I stopped monitoring it as that would probably cause grief for the ones on the other team and went checking the other sides for any movement. I heard an enemy sniper on the top of the refinery smoke stacks (duh...where else would one go?), shot him, but he healed himself, then shot him again, when he decided to snipe me back. Range about 400-450 m. Then I went checking the other side again, as a friendly RP got overrun nearby and got TK'd by the other sniper on the team.

How do you get teamkilled by a sniper on the other team

other sniper on the team, not other team.
