If any of you here decide to give up smoking and use patches to ease the cravings, here's a word of advice; remove the patch before going to sleep.

I had a couple of unpleasant flashbacks in full colour, sound, the works when I forgot one night, and believe me that was not fun.

OTOH if you DO want the full monty, then leave it on.
