[AAR] BMP-3 AT 9M117 vs Chinook

I was in a BMP3 on the forest map with russains vs americans, the americans had two chinooks.

I was gunning for the BMP3 and I had my 9M117 armed and ready, my driver shouts that there is a chinook coming from our west, I took aim and fired my AT missile BAM right in the cockpit of the chinook as it was flying straight at us and hadn't seen us till it was to late. Seconds later another chinook flew by but at a side angle, I fired my 9M117 and nailed it right in the side. This was all within 15 seconds.

I bet the enemy team was pissed that we took out both of their chinooks and we didn't even have AA set up yet, this happened about 10-15mins into the start of the round.

Those Chinooks can take quite a beating. I was piloting one yesterday on Silent Eagle and had a Mig plug some of its cannon fire into my heli and survived while the people in my cabby all died.

I was once flying a chinook got followed by a havoc shooting rockets and flew pass an apc who was also shooting at me, I flew back to the main base and the havoc was unloading his rockets aa's and hellfires all missed made it to the helipad with a loud beeping heli they where really pissed that they send the mig to bomb me at main :P
