Thumbs up [AAR] How to handle a stryker

I finally registered to this forum, and i'd like to thank the PR team for making such a great mod.

Now, on with my story. This particular event happened about 3 weeks ago, it involved me, separated from my squad and an enemy stryker, on the T&T server.

The map was Ramiel, I was on the insurgent side working with a VOIP squad. At one point we were at the islands on the mainland of the USMC main base. My squad decided not to go any further, and went to the city. I spotted an enemy lonewolfer, and quickly downed him with a few shots from my AK74. I went over, giddy with joy, to pick up his kit and was surprised as I found an unused AT4 kit. Thinking to myself "Oh wow, i'll get back and tell the others about-" That's when I realised my squad had hauled ass out of there and the closest friendly was 500m away from me. "Oh man, I'm so screwed if I don't get out of here!"

I took a run for the island shores to swim towards the city, and then I heard it. The familiar rumbling engine of a Stryker. "I only have one chance to escape, and i'll be sure to take it."
I crouched behind a steep hill that the stryker was approaching, and waited. He got closer and closer, not knowing I sat behind the very hill he was on with an AT4 ready to fire. I saw his turret pass over the ridgeline, scanning the islands and the city. By now the experience was nervewrecking, knowing that any moment now an infantryman could come over the hill and shoot me in the face.

He moved. I waited. I was hoping to god he didn't take another way over the hill, where he could see me. And then finally, I saw the front of his armor climbing over the top of the hill. I waited some more until the perfect moment.
The stryker veered over the hill like a see-saw in upwards position, and I shot the AT4 point blank into his underside, instantly crippling it and sending it into a wild tumble down the hill.

As it was barreling down the hill, I pulled out my gun to watch for any infantry to follow it.
There were none. Quickly my mind realised. "Sh%t! THE STRYKER CREW!" as I turned around and saw a wounded crew of two jump out of the smoking stryker. By now a few friendly blues had come to help me, but they were looking in the wrong direction. So I set my gun to burst mode and took down the wildly firing crew, without even taking a shot myself. The stryker continued to slide and barrel down the hill and fell into the water, exploding it.

After all that I returned to my squad in the city who had heard the entire thing develop over VOIP. I got some pats on my back, and the AT4 was put to further use blowing up some humvees and trucks until the round ended.

All in all, I had some amazing luck, and was in a perfect position to kill a stryker and it's crew all by myself.
Hope you enjoyed this story, because I sure did.
