Eh, I could show you much worse but the videos themselves would be boring as hell. No one would talk, there would likely be only one squad member near me at a time, the squad leader would have some sort of specialist kit... this is far from the worst.

Well personally ghost I think it is when an SL thinks he knows what he's doing and then orders the swuad to do retarded things (like defend a flag not in play etc.) that makes a squad the worst.

Have to agree with that, can't tell you how many times I've seen a couple of squads on my team struggle to maintain the attack and defense objectives whilst 2-3 other squads are either dispersed all over the place or drive right past the objectives and sit themselves near an uncappable enemy position.
