Campaign 10 Preview #1

I waited for C10 so much because the C9 was my first campaign and the worst I think, so maybe things will be better in C10 and now this... I'm so disappointed...

Thats all because of fabricate... 4 teams, 4 commanders etc.. WTF?

Return 2 teams, CATA & NATO, or just admin team, and tournament could start very soon....

BF2 PRT is very dead, and probably won't be returning in the near future.

I'd be on the look out for a PR Arma 2 Tournament.

1) The admin team being unsustainable. The group we had were devoted, but being worn out quickly and dwindling fast.

2) Not enough new blood willing to step up and lead as commanders. C10 was designed to get away from the usual e-drama. With the same people as previously applied, this was deemed by myself as a huge problem.

4) A completely baseless rumour from an ex-member of the admin team breaching their NDA and running about telling people that commanders had been chosen; when, on inspection. the admin team hadn't even come close to coming to a decision, never mind commander interviews. That admin was removed seperately, shortly before this decision was discussed.

5) All of the above did not support and further the PR brand; therefore the BF2 tournament has been put on indefinate hold.

In time, the BF2 side of things may return. At present, the tournament site will resurface soon as an ARMA2 project. Watch this space.

Not much changes it seems, real shame.

Yes let's all prepare for PRA2 because that game is surely complete enough to run an entire campaign.

The community is losing out because of a few? Those problems seem like standard fair for this kind of situation, and I'm willing to bet there were admins who presented many alternatives.

Quite a shame you guys seemed to have taken the easy way out on this one, I'm very disappointed.

I'm so totally heart broken. Murphy is disappointed in me, call the presses, someone, we have to set this right. Let's restart the tourney! I know it isn't ready and the problems that he doesn't understand still exist but I can't take his disappointed stare!
