The War on Terror- Good or Bad?

What are your opinions on the war on terror? Iraq included, our enemies are not simply insurgents.

I never agreed with the "liberation" of Afganistan or Iraq and calling it a war on terror was just a catchy phrase to get public backing.

First thing you have to ask yourself is "why was we attacked? why do they hate us" jealous of your freedom? Pfffft! Backing of Isreal pisses nearly all of Arabic nations off. Ask any normal friendly Muslim about Israel and watch him foam at the mouth.
So you got alot of people that dislikes America and her allies and a VERY small group of people pull of a stunt that shocks the world.
2 months later America and her allies invade Afganistan with objectives to capture/kill Bin Laden and to overthrow the Taliban. Thinking that killing the leader would stop these acts of terrorism is idiotic! There are plenty of other people to replace him out there and invading a nation where innocent civilians die due to accidental fire is just going to fuel their cause even more. You kill someone mother, brother, sister etc there gonna be angry and want a chance for some pay back, Suicide bombing, joining Terror cells and so on.

As for the Taliban they pushed them out of power for now, but the fighting is still to this day is intence in the northern sector of the nation with no end in sight.

Ive not even mentioned Iraq, Iran or hezbollah but feel I have gotten my opinion across

yes they are, I saw a commercial and found the site and wanted to post the vid, but I said what the hell and turned this into a war on terror thread.
