he's in a bed in a neurological ward, more than i got!
my response to thinking i was dying since i was turning pale, sweating and collapsing even walking the 5 minute walk to my local shop were made into a tiny thing after i told the A&E nurse i like to ride my bicycle at speed down huge flights of staircases and ride off the york bar walls walkways. she went ballistic with me and told me bikes weren't meant to be ridden like that and sent me home. |

he's not in a ward, he's out of ICU into a Critical class bed with one on one care.
"stable" means they don't believe a patient will die that day. |

They have said it was "Brain Swelling" and that is isn't as bad as first thought.

one of the other presenters says he was still himself inside, so expecting no major issues, but even ild ones are an end to most stuff for years.
a traditional mild injury gives you major effects for 2-3 years and the minor ones should dissipate after about 10, although you are never the same |
