Interesting and strangely compelling....Im still watching it after 38 thousand tonnes of CO2 have been emmited.
What would be better was if they gave you something tangable to compare that emission to. 38 thousand tonnes is alot but how bad is that in terms of the entire planet. Obviously in the context of the website we know its a bad figure, but without some real life example the shock factor is lost. |

the shock factor is on when u notice that USA blinks red very fast compared to the rest...

Well if you put the cursor over the US you see that they emit something like 1000 tonnes of CO2 every 1.5 seconds compared to the UK at 58 seconds.
Obviously thats down to the 300 million population but still....shocking |

This should be required viewing for everyone inculding policy makers in all goverments.
lol Denmark emits 1,000 tons of CO2 every 15 minutes as a pose to the US's 5.4 seconds. |

Denmark's 15 minutes of CO2 emission seems kind of fast compared to the Marshall Islands' 278 hours.
