Dylan, BlakeJr, and Wolfmaster will be disappointed if we got rid of spam...

But the title of this section does not DIRECTLY state that you CAN post spam, it just says Off Topic....everything else (including useless SPAM). I do not see the statement that says you can post spam here.

But my point is, quite a few locked recently did not meet the criteria of spam in any way/shape/form. They were just offhand discussions, I assume spawned of boredom. They were of no harm to anyone.

Well it's a perfectly English thing to say, it's not something you'd thing twice about if you were from over here. And it's a lot quicker to say twocked than taken without owner's consented.

Or you could just as easily say stolen where anyone from anywhere would know what it means...
