Thunder, if that's true, I am soooo buying that game...I just hope they adapt the amount of vehicle spawns too, depending on the amount of players.

hmm, just how many players from Joint Ops : Reality came over to PR?
I only bought vBF2 when I heard that there was a similar Reality Mod, something like a year after the game came out! |

This example below, clearly illustrates the difference between the makers of BF14151 (never bothered to remeber/learn no. list) and Enemy Territory Quake Wars: http://www.etqw.com/uploads/screens/...ptart-1836.jpg Another thing to consider or more correctly, imagine: How immersive PR would be if when you stepped in side the LAV or the up and comming the Warrior, it had a similar level of detail to the above. Such a feature, would really make noobs or whatever you want to core those who fail to respect the value of vehicles, think, Sht, this APC looks real on the outside and inside, it sounds real, is it real....? - during this period of shck/awe and confusion, usign the new feature of being able to pull/grab players, we yank the noob out of the APC and off we go! O and those who want a higher standard of car physics: http://planetquake4.net/download.php?op=fileid&lid=2333 - big vid but shows handbrake turns, reving engine and such, very very cool. PLESE ALSO sob quitely at the Tank tracks, wheel and similar physics in realation to the terrain - it is quite simiply mindblowing if your game developemnt perception is based on EA! P.S I IN KNOW WAY SUGGEST OR INDORSE THE USE OF ETQW AS A POSSIBLE GAME FOR any possible PR2. SO OVERALL: there is hope for many of the features most players crave for and games will be able to offer it, in the very near future. ETQW, is quite simiply setting a benchmark and i do hope all other game DEVs recognise this mark. |

2 Find the highest hill/building around a flag 3 Move there, stay there, Spot, call out, attack marker... SAW! 4 For god sake go from high ground to high ground! NOT bottom of a valley to open field to gully! |

I think ET:QW will be a great game, although aliens might be a bit sucky.
On the other hand: I love PR for bringing up the insurgents, creating a non-symetric gameplay, and ET:QW brings this to the next level. I just hope, it`s not too much about hopping around and using rocketlaunchers and stuff. From what I`ve seen so far, it looks quite promising. |

Erf now I remember why I stopped playing quake after the 1st one. All guts but no brains.
Nice graphics, but well they all seem to be able to do that with enough money and hardware upgrades on our side. Gameplay anyone ? still seems to be the same stale flavor ... speaking of which, did you notice how their grenades look like "cactus flavored" ice creams (explosions vid)? ![]() Real big thanks to the mods out there who put the time and effort to use bland games engines and make real games out of them.
