This is the
"Guess what Top__Cat is saying"
thread. Every day, someone will post a word, or a phrase by Top__Cat the Great and everyone will try to guess what he is saying. I will start, even though I know the obvious answer to this one:

"the vodnick is too short and posibly to high"
