Rip Music From Video?

Is it possible to just take the music from a video and swap it to Mp3 format?

Cause there's a few bands that I really like, but I can't download anythin cause they're kinda underground, but there's a bunch of videos on youtube. Not to mention the CDs are 30$ + s/h cause they'd be imports.

So how would I rip the song off the video ...
