CQB-- Interesting Underpublicized mod available for D/L

I'm D/Ling right now, and if there are actually people playing, I'll give you my opinion. The maps look very interesting, filled with new statics. It's as you can guess, more of a close range type deal, where the Japanese Self Defense Force is under attack by a terrorist group.

Looks like a very different feel-- very SWAT like.

You should all definitely give this a try with me.







Includes tear gas, grappling hooks and a soccer ball! (That actually moves around apparently, great for planting c4 on!)

If this mod is as good as it looks, it should be a blast!

I downloaded it is good execpt for how you have no gas masks when you have tear gas. However the statics are good and some of the new weapons are pretty cool. I would recommand at least trying it out.

Its freaking awesome, one of the greatest mods out there PRMM should really recruit these guys cause they are talent.

But EA will probobly go nuts, when they see that they have imported very much content from EF and SF and its for free!!!!

But I would like to see the damage system reworket to be more like PRMM

They're not gonna join the team, they speak Japanese and their English seems kinda poor in the readme. The mod's not quite as polished as PRMM, but the ideas are there and it works pretty well. It's just a shame that playing with vBF2 noobs is really frustrating. To stop yourself getting angry, I'd recommend you play it in Singleplayer, because after a short session on multiplayer I got annoyed very quickly. Nobody listens, nobody cooperates, it's every man for himself and the only way battles are won is if two people accidentally go to the same place at the same time. I had to dig up my old vBF2 tactics to stay alive, totally abusing the Z key just to stop dying. In the end I used my uber sniper tactics that are refined from PRMM and scored some 24 kills just by protecting a flag.

It's a good mod, some good statics and good ideas, but the community isn't going to last, unlike PRMM.

Wooooooow, you should see the anti terrorist training course map!!!!. Its awesome. You have to defuse this bomb and when you have done it a tone will go off and a award will be shown!!! Briliant the PR-devs has to try it out!!!. And you can open and close doors aswell.

Cant you steel that map for PRMM ???
